Under what heading would oil paint questions be under?

I agree – it would be nice to have a category called “oil painting” like you have ones for egg tempera and acrylics. “Drying oils are only one component of oil paint and there could be other technique/technical questions about “oil painting”

Steven Lewis….you can select “Drying Oils” from the range of buttons at the top of the forum. This will bring up all questions/topics that have been tagged for Drying Oils. You can also double-up your search….for example, you can select “Drying Oils” and “Varnishes” and you will get everything that has been tagged for Drying Oils and/or Varnishes. Hopefully that is helpful.
